Data deletion

To have your Pit Lane Legends data removed:

1. Make a deletion request — either send a DM to our Instagram account (the one that posts the races) from the account you raced with, saying “delete my data”, or reply to any race post, or email webshop@mdesigns.dk. A request isn't an instant self-service erase; a person actions it for you.

2. We action your request within one month, the window set by the GDPR (we aim to do it sooner). When we do, we:

• Cancel any active membership at Stripe so you are not charged again.
• Deactivate your racer and unlink your Instagram/TikTok and Discord ids.
• Erase your personal data — your account, your game data, your birth year, and any Stripe customer/subscription record (with the live subscription cancelled) — subject to the retention note below.

What we keep: accounting records that the law requires us to retain (for tax and bookkeeping, for the statutory 5 years), and race videos already published may still show your handle in historical results. Everything else is removed.

If you signed in with Instagram or TikTok, you can also revoke the app's access at any time in that app's settings under Apps and websites. See our Privacy Policy for your other rights.
