Acceptable Use Policy

These rules keep Pit Lane Legends fair and friendly for everyone. They apply everywhere we operate — the website, our comments and DMs, and our Discord. Breaking them can cost you access (see “Enforcement”).

Don't

Cheat or exploit the game — don't try to manipulate the simulation, results, leaderboards, or rewards.
Run alternate accounts to farm rewards, coins, or league outcomes.
Harass, bully, threaten, or post hateful content in our comments, DMs, or Discord.
Impersonate real people, brands, or us; don't use a handle or driver name that pretends to be a public figure or that you don't have the right to use.
Post other people's private information, spam, scams, or links to malware.
Break the law or infringe anyone's rights (including copyright and trademarks).

Names & content

Custom names and text you submit are moderated. We may reject or change anything offensive, infringing, or that impersonates a real or public figure (including real racing drivers).

Enforcement

Depending on what happened we may warn you, remove content, retire your racer, remove you from Discord, or close your account. If we close a paid account for a serious breach, we may stop future billing without a refund of the current period, to the extent the law allows.
